Education, Designed for Everyday Life

Lingo by Abbott | Multi-Channel Product Ecosystem

Lingo introduced a new way of thinking about glucose — not as a clinical metric, but as a daily insight into how food, stress, and movement affect the body.

The challenge was to translate sophisticated biosensor technology into something approachable, empowering, and actionable — while maintaining medical credibility.

1. The Opportunity

Rather than designing isolated assets, I focused on building a cohesive brand narrative that could flex across healthcare providers, media, experiential events, paid campaigns, and retail environments.

The goal was to transform glucose monitoring from a clinical tool into a lifestyle system.

2. The Ecosystem

The system needed to:

  • Support healthcare providers in explaining metabolic health

  • Equip media and influencers with accurate, compelling language

  • Create immersive educational moments

  • Translate scientific KPIs into human insights

  • Adapt seamlessly to retail and e-commerce platforms

3. The Channels

Medical Education
Provider brochures and messaging frameworks designed to simplify complex metabolic science.

Media & Experiential

4. The Impact

  • Reinforced credibility while maintaining warmth and approachability

  • Ensured consistency from provider education through point-of-purchase

5. The Team
