I’m a Creative Director and Brand & Design Leader with more than 20 years of experience building brands, scaling in-house teams, and elevating how organizations show up in the world.

 

At its core, I believe design is problem solving. It’s the disciplined act of turning ambiguity into clarity — aligning vision, strategy, and execution to create work that not only looks beautiful, but works. Whether launching a product, evolving a brand system, or transforming creative operations, I approach every challenge with structure, curiosity, and momentum.

 

My career spans wine & spirits, health tech, consumer goods, and emerging technology — not because I chase industries, but because I’m energized by complexity. I thrive in environments where teams need direction, alignment, and a thoughtful creative framework. I know how to step in, assess what’s needed, and build systems that elevate both creative quality and business impact.

 

I’ve built multidisciplinary teams from the ground up, established scalable brand systems, and led integrated campaigns across digital, retail, social, and experiential channels. I care deeply about craft — and just as deeply about the people behind the work. The strongest creative output comes from teams who feel trusted, challenged, and supported.

 

My foundation is in fine art and design, with a BFA from the University of Michigan, a post-graduate diploma in Design Thinking & Innovation, and IDEO-U certifications in Creative Leadership and Storytelling.

 

At this stage of my career, I’m most motivated by meaningful challenges, strong partnerships, and building environments where creative talent — and brands — can thrive.
