In late 2017, my team at Constellation and I started exploring a rebrand and repositioning of the in-house creative team. We were taking on higher level work—from a creative and strategic perspective—and wanted a brand that reflected that. After going through a naming exercise and getting buy-in from the executive leadership team, we entirely rebranded ourselves as Alchemy Creative. The work that follows is a selection of the tools we implemented—a digital site, company presentation, business materials— to help our colleagues understand why we were making the change and to be able to keep in touch with the great work being done.
